Donald Norman Henley, 65, passed away on February 18, 2013. He was born on October 15, 1947 in Indianapolis, IN. Donald was a US Army Veteran, as well as a member of the American Legion, Eagles, VFW, and Moose Lodge. He is survived by his son, Chris Henley, and daughters, Charlena Johnson and Shannon Taylor. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge in Beech Grove.

I was drafted with Don and a guy named Dan Hart on 10/30/67. We were in the same squad, and they helped make a lonely, uncertain time easier to take. Bless him.
